Satisfaction on Nursing Management of Postoperative Complications Rendered by Surgical Staff Nurses at Four Hospitals in Iriga City, Philippines

This study aimed to determine the level of satisfaction surgical staff nurses and clients on nursing management postoperative complications rendered by in different hospitals Iriga City. specifically personal professional attributes terms age, gender, educational attainment, seminars or training, years experience area; with care for preventing along care, early ambulation, adequate nutrition, skin breakdown, pressure source, pain management; if there a significant difference post-operative patients nurses; is relationship between interventions identify measures that can be proposed based findings study. The descriptive-correlational research. Frequency count, percentage techniques, weighted means, Wilcoxon Rank-Sum Test Two-Sample were employed as statistical tools. result showed majority nurses’ age ranges from 25 old below, mostly female, baccalaureate degree holders, 6 10 service, attended training area.
